Are your products authentic?
 

Every item that you see on Ahundredmonkeys.co is authentic. We only source, import and purchase products directly from the brand owner, authorized distributor or from other authorized resellers.  

Are all the items listed on your website in stock?


Most of the items that you see on our website are in stock but stock quantities may differ from one item to the other. Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, a customer may end up purchasing an item that has just gone out of stock. If this happens, we will contact our customers to advice on a replacement or refund.

The item that I had my eye on is no longer available. Will it be restocked?

Restocking of sold out items may vary from brand to brand or item to item. It depends greatly on the availability of stock from the brand owners/distributors or if the item is seasonal or a limited edition. Restocking an item could take anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of months especially if the order is imported internationally.

Is there a physical store where I can view the items before I purchase?


No, we do not have a retail showroom where you can visit and view the Products for purchasing. All our products can be purchased from our online store. 

Do I need to register an account before I can purchase? 

It’s not necessary. You can make a purchase by checking out as GUEST which doesn't require you to register.

I prefer to purchase directly via WhatsApp or Facebook messenger. Can this be done?

Sure, why not! All you need to do is to contact us via WhatsApp us at +60 172099672 or PM us via A Hundred Monkeys Facebook page with your order and our friendly customer support will be in touch.

Can I cancel my order once payment is made? 

Unfortunately, all orders made are final cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Inquiries

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

For orders within Malaysia, the normal time frame is 1-5 working days and for international orders, it will take around 6-14 working days depending on which country. 

How can I check the status of my order?

A tracking number will be sent to you via email once our packing specialist has prepared your order. You will then be able to track your order on our website here.

If I am purchasing from an international location, will I have to pay taxes when my item arrives?

This depends very much on your country’s customs department. However, in the event that a tax is incurred for the item purchased, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for it.

Can I change my shipping address once my order has it been confirmed?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to change your shipping address once your order is confirmed. Kindly ensure that you provide the correct address.

Are warranties available for all items?
